Biomass production of fungus \(\textit{Termitomyces clypeatus}\) in a stirred-tank bioreactor

Termitomyces clypeatus is a fungus species, which has been used as food and medicinal mushroom. In the current study, submersed fermentation of in stirred-tank bioreactor was determined for its culture biomass nutrient contents. T. obtained highest after from 13 to 15 days cultivation, when dry mycelium system more than 6%. Agitation speeds 150 or 180 rpm were most suitable fungus. The determination chemical compositions showed that had high protein content, with 57.8% on dry-weight basis. Besides, 11 types amino acids higher 0.1% wet weight found products. Moreover, dried mycelia contained 27.4% carbohydrates. carbohydrate containing fruit body not statistically different. These results could be applied
